Training for speed.

Ran Two Separate Times
Run I. 46 minutes at 132 to 145 BPM
Run II. 29 minutes 130 to 140 BPM
Walked 20 minutes.

Miles between 4 and 5

Temperatures are still cooler
I had no problems. The run too a moderate amount of effort.
